Human Resources

The functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including interviewing, hiring and, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. There are multiple roles with increasing levels of responsibility in HR.

Accounting

Accounting

Responsible for overseeing the administrative and financial activities of the dealership.

Also, responsible for the accounting, bookkeeping and general office procedures. Providing financial analysis for multiple dealerships.

Positions Include

  • Controller
    Responsible for accurately representing and keeping records on the financial condition of the dealerships.
  • Office Manager
    Responsible for assisting in the reconciliation of G/L Accounts and monthly financial close. Assists in managing the accounting, bookkeeping and general office procedures.
  • Title Clerk
    Responsible for preparing tax, title, and legal transfer documents on vehicle sales, costing and posting deals to accounting books.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable
    Responsible for compiling and maintaining accounts payable/receivable records.

Buying Center

Members of the buying team play an important role in expanding our pre-owned vehicle inventory and ensuring we maintain the highest quality standards. They analyze market trends and pricing to make informed buying decisions to ensure stores can deliver the vehicles our guests are looking for.

Facilities Maintenance

Facilities Maintenance

Oversees all aspects of building functions and guarantees the safety and functionality of all facilities. Duties include running routine safety inspections, corresponding with contractors, planning maintenance work, maintaining records, and responding to maintenance issues.

Collision Parts Manager

Collision Manager

Develops business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure sales volume. department operating profit and guest satisfaction standards while controlling expenses. Directs the body shop team in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules, productivity levels, and maintaining quality standards.

Painter

Painter

Preps and paints damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership quality specifications and time standards.

Collision Technician

Repairs damaged body parts and bodies of vehicles in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards.

Collision Parts Manager

Collision Parts Manager

A Collision Parts Manager oversees the inventory and procurement of auto parts for vehicle repairs in collision centers. They manage vendor relationships, ensure parts availability, track orders, and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring timely and cost-effective repairs while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Estimator

Appraises vehicle damage to determine cost of repair for insurance claim settlement.

Collision Apprentice

Collision Apprentice

Working program of study to earn certifications, help other employees, maintain a clean work environment, and proactively acquire knowledge of current products and technical techniques. This job may require lifting parts weighing up to 70 lbs.

Automotive Detailer

Automotive Detailer

Assigned to wash, wax, buff, remove dirt, and clean up scratches across the body, windows, and wheels. Interior cleaning will involve the carpets, seats, upholstery, and dashboard.

Office Administrator

Prepares and monitors insurance billings, follows up on outstanding payables. Assists Collision Manager with administrative tasks involving collision estimates and work in process. Closes out month-end reporting duties as assigned.

Service Manager

Service Manager

Supervises the service and repair team for all vehicles brought to the dealership. These include Warranty and Guest Paid Services, Pre-Delivery Inspections for new vehicles, and used vehicle reconditioning. Oversees service operations, profitability, employee supervision, and guest satisfaction.

Parts Manager

Parts Manager

Oversees operations of the Parts Department and supervision of Parts Department team. Manages inventory, parts quality control, department profitability and guest satisfaction.

Service Advisor

Service Advisor

Sells, identifies, and documents service, maintenance, and repair service for guests, along with scheduling service to be performed ensures guest satisfaction before, during and after service appointments.

Shop Foreman

Shop Foreman

Assists and supervises technicians in identifying necessary vehicle service and performs the repair, service, and/or maintenance work.

Parts Counter Sales

Sells parts and accessories to guests over the counter and provides necessary parts to the service department and body shop. Also places special orders and sales parts wholesale to
other dealers and repair shops.

Parts Driver

Delivers and picks up parts and equipment to customers, vendors, and other locations as requested.

Customer Service Trainee (CST)

Entry level guest satisfaction position. A great starting point for individuals wanting to start a career in the automotive industry. Regularly interacts with personnel at all levels and guests. Transports vehicles between locations, assist in checking in and prepping new inventory, washing and preparing vehicles for service guest delivery, and more.

Service Technician

Technicians

  • Identifies issues and vehicle needs, performs the repair, and/or maintenance work.
  • Sends diagnostic photos and videos to service advisors to improve recommendation credibility, understanding and communication with guests.

A-Level

  • Proficient in all B and C level Categories plus: HVAC, & Engine/EV Motor Diagnostics & Repair

B-Level

  • Proficient in all C level categories as well as safety inspections, transmission, EV Battery & Suspension/Alignment diagnostics & repair.

C-Level

  • Proficient in the following service categories: Tune-ups and related, Lube and fluids, Brakes, Battery/starter/alternator Diagnostics & Repair

Used Car Technician

  • Reconditioning diagnostics & repair for vehicles purchased at auction or from trade-in. Proficient in same categories as a c C-level technician as well as some from B-level based on experience.

Express Technician

  • Hourly position responsible for performing express lube duties and basic maintenance on vehicles.

Apprentice

  • Hourly position responsible for transporting vehicles to service stalls as requested by technicians. Picks up parts from the parts department as directed by technicians.
    Performs safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance and minor repairs as directed. This is an entry opportunity to transition from technician training programs into a productive technician career.
